Stephane Caron is director of the accounting department and has been part of the BJC team since 2018. He manages a group of accounting technicians and special accounting mandate controllers. His main tasks involving his employees relate to their hiring, training, supervision and evaluation.
Martin Mills is a senior manager for the assurance services department and has been part of the BJC team since 2014. He manages the anglophone clientele for most of the firm’s partners. He is responsible for the planning, direction, and global supervision of mandates.
Since 2012, Hélène Morazain has been a partner at BJC. As a tax specialist since 2001, she is responsible for the tax aspects of the firm’s clients, She frequently recommends tax strategies for corporate restructuring, for sales and acquisitions of corporations as well as for business transfers. She is often invited as a speaker on tax matters for professional associations and financial institutions.
Member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators since 2016, Jonathan Séguin-Forest has more than 10 years of profession practice. He responsible for mandates such as business valuation, merger & acquisition, due diligence, loss and damages, quantification and financing.
Myriam Laforme is a manager for the assurance services department and has been part of the BJC team since 2017. She manages the clients of certain partners of the firm, which includes the planning, management and review of the mandates.
Francis Paquet has been a partner at BJC since 2020. He manages the firm’s advisory services clientele for mandates such as modelling, financial projections, operational and financial balanced scorecards (BSC), tools for management and tasks automation. He also supervises issuance of business valuation reports.
