Since 2012, Hélène Morazain has been a partner at BJC. As a tax specialist since 2001, she is responsible for the tax aspects of the firm’s clients, She frequently recommends tax strategies for corporate restructuring, for sales and acquisitions of corporations as well as for business transfers. She is often invited as a speaker on tax matters for professional associations and financial institutions.
Within the firm, she is a member of the executive committee, she contributes to the tax department management and to the Candiac office developement.
