Virginie Boutin is a manager for the tax department and has been part of the BJC team since 2019. She recommends tax strategies for corporate restructuring, and for sales and acquisitions of corporations.
Furthermore, she actively takes part in the firm staff training. She regularly provides tax update training to professionals of the assurance department.
