Stephane Caron is director of the accounting department and has been part of the BJC team since 2018. He manages a group of accounting technicians and special accounting mandate controllers. His main tasks involving his employees relate to their hiring, training, supervision and evaluation.
He is responsible for the planning, organizing, direction, and control of accounting services mandates awarded to our firm. He is also responsible for assisting our clients in mandates pertaining to the recruiting and validating the competency of their accounting staff.
Through his experience gained within professional firms and in small and large companies in the private sector, he developed a vast knowledge base in many industries, such as product distribution, commercial real estate, construction, technological, service, and non-profit organizations.
